Replacing a Faulty Cold Room Thermostat

Picture a technician called to a butchery whose cold room keeps freezing the meat. First, they switch off and isolate the power. Next, they remove the old thermostat and mount the AKO controller in the panel cut-out. After that, they wire the supply, the compressor contactor and the probe following the wiring diagram on the unit.
